Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through The Insight Express at theinsightexpress.com. All payments are processed by Razorpay. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to a paid plan.

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 10-day free trial from the date of account registration. During the free trial:

• No payment information is required.
• You have access to features as specified in your trial plan (Basic tier by default).
• No charge is made to any payment method during the trial period.
• You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.

2. Cancellation Policy

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Policy

All subscriptions to The Insight Express are for digital content delivered daily. Once activated, subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please use the free edition to experience the platform before subscribing.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. The Insight Express is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from your bank or Razorpay's processing systems.
