Twelve sessions in, eleven done. Twenty-two concepts are now in the toolkit across eleven thinkers — from Kant and Kautilya through Mill, Rawls, Gandhi, Fuller, Ambedkar, Aristotle, the Nolan Committee and Buddha, up to Vivekananda yesterday.
Today, two fresh Foundation concepts — the foundational values of civil service (Tolerance, Dedication to Duty, Spirit of Service) and the distinction between Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct — and our twelfth thinker, Guru Nanak. Both concepts look dull at first glance. Sit with them for one session and you will see they quietly hold up half the ethics paper. One more session after this and the roadmap is done.
